Rafael Silva and his crew are Top Notch professionals. Punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and hard working. I had two other quotes that were ridiculous. Both of the other contractors rescheduled the initial visits, after waiting for a return call when I posted the job request. Mr. Silva called me immediately and lived up to my expectations from the beginning till the end of the project. He consulted me before doing anything that may have been in question. Young and Talented.

Quality of work, cost-effective, reliable. We contracted Floors & Beyond for 850 SF of LVT install, including some carpet removal and leveling 350 SF. The price was very reasonable, and Raphael committed to it. No beating around the bush, no last-minute additional cost. Raphael leads a team of true pros, who get the job done neatly, and in a timely manner. Extra points for Raphael’s communication (very polite, knowledgeable and responsive), being on time, picking up our material from the seller, and for helping me fine-tune my material order and save money. I don’t leave reviews often, but these guys absolutely deserve it.
Rafael and his crew did an amazing job on my floors! Great attention to detail, communication was on point, the whole team was very friendly and left the home clean. The floors look perfect! We are in love with our upgrade and will definitely be using them again for future upgrades!
I had Rafael tile a tub shower and also redo a bathroom floor. Rafael was punctual and if he was late he would let me know in advance. Him and his partners had good problem-solving skills and worked around some weird features of my older house like sloped walls and unlevel floors. They addressed these issues efficiently without ignoring them. They installed the floor by the book and had the correct sandwich of thinset, cement board, and tile. Now I have a totally solid and level floor. Rafael and his team always worked very quickly and always cleaned up after they were done. They also brought plastic sheets, painters canvas, and paper sheeting to keep the floors of the house clean. Rafael came back at our request to do touch up grouting after everything had dried. Pricing was a good value based on previous quotes we had gotten. All in all, I would recommend these guys.
My husband and I hired Rafael to redo the flooring in our basement about two months ago. He was really professional and knew all the correct procedures of working with tile. Sat and watched them work for a few minutes at a time. They did very professional work and as recommended per the manufacturer’s guidelines. I was impressed with how fast they finished and how amazing the floors look. Will be using him again to redo our shower.
Rafael and his team did a wonderful job. I was overall highly satisfied with his services. He came in and quoted me on how much it would be to demo and re-tile my master bathroom. They were able to start the job early and finished within a reasonable amount of time. I am happy with the outcome and would recommend his services.
